Due to the long quarantine, there was a reassessment of values and the growing demand for additional services has pushed away such a traditional concept as “workplace”.

We sought to create a space as a small ecosystem, from comfortable workplaces to areas of recreation, socialization and informal interaction. A place for synergy and community philosophy.
